To reset your password, please follow the steps outlined here:

1. Access the log in button on the top right corner of the BIOVERSE site.
2. Find the option “Forgot your password?” below the empty text fields and click on it to continue.
3. Check the email address associated with your account and click on “Reset password.”
4. Check your email.some text
   1. After submitting the password reset request, you should receive an email containing a link to reset your password. This may take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox.
   2. If you do not see any email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you encounter any difficulties at this stage, please notify us.
5. Follow the directions outlined in the email. This will take you to a page where you can choose a new password.
6. Fill in the text fields with your new password and click on “Reset password.”
7. Your new login credentials are now saved and ready for you to use.

• Please be aware that BIOVERSE will never request your password. Keep this information secure to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
• In the event that you submit multiple password reset requests, make sure to use the link in the most recent email. Only the latest link will be active.
