How do I update my payment information?

  1. Open a web browser on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Log in to your BIOVERSE account.
  3. Once logged in, click on the “Account” button at the top right corner of the page.
  4. Look for the section with the title “Payment Method.” The last four digits of your current payment method will appear here.
  5. Click on the button with the words “Update Payment Method” in the Account Details section.
  6. Enter the payment information you would like to use in the appropriate fields.
  7. Click the “Save changes” button at the bottom right to keep the changes to your account.

Important Notes

  • If you receive a notification about a failed payment, we will attempt to charge your card within 24 hours after you add a new payment method.
  • When you update your payment method, the information you enter will replace the current payment method. We will charge the card most recently entered into our system.
