- Open a web browser on your computer or mobile device.
- Log in to your BIOVERSE account.
- Once logged in, click on the “Account” button at the top right corner of the page.
- Look for the section with the title “Payment Method.” The last four digits of your current payment method will appear here.
- Click on the button with the words “Update Payment Method” in the Account Details section.
- Enter the payment information you would like to use in the appropriate fields.
- Click the “Save changes” button at the bottom right to keep the changes to your account.
Important Notes
- If you receive a notification about a failed payment, we will attempt to charge your card within 24 hours after you add a new payment method.
- When you update your payment method, the information you enter will replace the current payment method. We will charge the card most recently entered into our system.
